Everything it costs
One fee, three windows, and a bed if you need one.
Open to students in classes 7 to 12 and to undergraduates. No hidden line items. What is listed here is what you pay.
Individual delegate.
It only goes up. The earlier window also gets you an earlier allotment, which is the part that actually matters when you are trying to research a portfolio properly.
One flat rate for everybody. The cheapest this conference will ever be.
Portfolio preferences weighted ahead of the final round.
Subject to seats remaining in your preferred committee.
School and college official delegations.
Five or more from the same institution and we handle you as one delegation, at a rate we work out with you rather than one printed on a page.
- Better than the individual rate, and it improves with numbers
- Committee spread arranged so your delegates are not all in one room
- One faculty pass per ten delegates, free
- A single point of contact for the whole delegation
- One payment for the whole delegation, one confirmation back
We do not publish a group rate, because a delegation of five and a delegation of forty are not the same conversation. Tell us who you are bringing and we will come back with a number, a QR and a single form. A human handles all of it.

Bringing twenty or more? Tell us early. We will hold committee seats for you before general registration eats them.
Stay package.
For delegates travelling in. Two nights, both dinners, both breakfasts, and somebody at the station when you arrive. It costs less than arranging any part of it yourself.
This does not include the delegate fee. It is added to your registration, on top of whichever window you register in.
- Two nights at a well appointed hotel
- Pick up from your port of arrival
- Drop back on departure
- Dinner on both nights
- Breakfast on both mornings
- A number you can call at any hour
- Rooms. Double or triple sharing, allocated same gender throughout, without exception. Name a roommate on the form and we will pair you where we can.
- Transfers. Airport, Kalupur, Sabarmati station or the bus stand. Give us your arrival time and somebody will be there. If your train is late, we wait.
- Extra nights. INR 1,500 per night on the same sharing basis, subject to availability. Ask at registration, not on arrival.
- Under eighteen. Your parent or guardian consents at registration and receives the hotel details and a Secretariat number directly.
- Separate from the delegate fee. This is added to your registration, not included in it.
30 October, check in
Arrive any time. Somebody meets you and takes you to the hotel. Dinner that night. Use the evening to finish your research, or to meet the people you are about to argue with.
31 October, day one
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Silver Oak University, committee through the day, the social evening after, and back to the hotel. Dinner covered.
01 November, day two
Breakfast, final sessions, closing ceremony and awards. Check out on the first. Tell us your train or flight time and we will get you there.
Cancellation
Like the delegate fee, the stay package cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred once confirmed, because rooms are blocked against your name.
