Between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar
Silver Oak University sits in Gota on the S.G. Highway, the road that joins Sarkhej in Ahmedabad to Gandhinagar. That puts the conference within reach of schools and colleges in both cities. Delegates travelling from outside Gujarat can take the stay package, which covers two nights, meals and transfers from the station or airport.
Who can come
Sabarmati MUN is open to school students in classes 7 to 12 and to undergraduates from any college or university. You do not need to have attended a MUN before. First time delegates are allotted alongside experienced ones, and every committee has a study guide so that preparation, not prior attendance, decides how you do.

What it costs
The delegate fee is INR 1,999 until 20 October and INR 2,299 until 29 October, covering both days of committee, the delegate kit, certificate, lunch and refreshments, and the social evening. Full details are on the fees page.
How it is run
- UN committees follow UN4MUN and UNA-USA rules of procedure. The Lok Sabha and AIPPM follow Indian parliamentary procedure.

Students in classes 7 to 12 and undergraduates from any college or university can register, from complete first timers to experienced delegates. There is no minimum number of conferences, and no entrance test. Delegates under eighteen register with the consent of a parent or guardian.
